Yoga / Pilates

Yoga cultivates health and well-being (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.

Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Childrens / Adult Dance

From tiny tots, juniors to seniors. Classes include dance, tap, classical ballet, contemporary, hip hop, acrobatics and cheerleader.

Zumba

Zumba is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Tae-Kwon-Do

Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.
